Every guide, checklist and case study on this site follows the standards below. If we get something wrong, we say so and fix it.
Content on this site is produced and published by the Adobe Negotiation Experts advisory team and carries an organizational byline. It draws on our advisors’ combined experience across enterprise software procurement, licensing and vendor-side sales roles, and on the buyer-side engagements we run.
Articles are built from three inputs: the Adobe agreements, quotes and order forms we review in client work; Adobe’s own published program documentation and terms; and anonymized, aggregated data from our benchmarking and optimization engagements. We do not publish claims we cannot trace to one of those sources.
Every article is reviewed by a member of the advisory team with direct experience of the deal type or product it covers before it goes live. Nothing is published without that review.
Each article shows its published date. Adobe’s programs, pricing structures and contract terms change, so we review and refresh content when those changes affect the guidance, and we remove or rewrite pages that no longer reflect how Adobe sells.
Our case studies describe real client engagements. Client names and identifying details are anonymized because our work is covered by confidentiality obligations. Figures and outcomes are as recorded at the close of each engagement.
If you believe anything we have published is inaccurate, tell us through our contact form. We investigate every report, correct errors promptly, and note material corrections on the affected page.
We are an independent buyer-side advisory. We take no money from Adobe, earn no reseller margin, run no affiliate links, and publish no sponsored content. Our only clients are Adobe customers. Where general guidance is involved, our content is information, not legal advice; contract decisions should be reviewed with your counsel.
Questions about these standards can be raised through our contact form.
